What exactly is Seek?

Seek is an AI object identifier for iPhone and Android. Point your camera at an object and Seek suggests what it is, with a name, a category, and a confidence score.

How do I scan an object?

Open Seek, point the camera at one object, and take the photo. Put the object on a plain background, use good light, and move close enough that it fills most of the frame.

How does recognition work?

The photo is sent to Seek’s servers and analyzed by an AI vision model. Seek returns a name, a category, and an honest confidence score, then lets you save the result or ask more.

The result is wrong. What can I do?

A result can be wrong, especially for an exact brand or model. Take another photo from a different angle, show any label or model number, and scan one object at a time. If it is still wrong, tell us.

What is Ask Seek?

After a scan you can ask follow-up questions about that object, by typing or by voice. For example: “What is this used for?” or “Who makes this?”

What is Find It?

Find It helps you act on a result. It looks for where to buy the object, the user manual, spare parts, repair guides, and similar items.

Where are my scans saved?

Your scan history keeps what you identified. You can also save objects into collections to keep them organized.

Is Seek free?

Seek is free to download and use. Seek Pro is not available yet.

What about privacy?

A scan photo is sent to Seek’s servers. Collections are stored there with your device. Read the privacy policy.

Which guide do I need?

Pick the row that matches what is in your hand. Each guide shows a photo-first flow and links to the next step (manual, spare parts, where to buy).
